Ian Green's reputation as A climber is well know. Having climbed since A little boy he was raised by his father," Stewart " to be A true hardman in the climbing world. I am not too sure when he started to collect Minerals but he was already prolific when I met him in 2004. I have been on many great climbing and collecting trips with Ian since we have met and I can say one thing for sure,,, When it comes to getting to hard to reach places it is hard to find A better person to have on your side. Friend and Full Partner Caleb Kirkpatrick Is A prolific Collector. Pictured here in the San Juans of South West Colorado. He is A muscle, and works very hard to Open and Extract mineral Pockets. His Resume is impressive having found hundreds if not thousands of these mineral pockets all over Colorado. Even when he suffered a severe sprained ankle he overcame the pain to hike on steep terrain with me for one very productive day of Topaz collecting. Travis Anderson is Quite possibly the strongest person I know. He suffers in the Construction business right now working many days in Sub-Zero weather just to make A measly paycheck every two weeks. This guy is so powerful he breaks Granite apart with his bare hands and forehead when he can't simply get it to break by staring at it. Last time we went collecting Amethyst he told me to stand back at which time he started yelling at the rock and chunks of it started breaking off and rolling out of the way. Then the crystals came flying out of the pocket, Increased in size and landed right in our backpacks. OKAY, perhaps it wasn't that easy but his knowledge of rock work has proved very useful on many occasions. As A friend I have become intrigued by his craft abilities. He is A Flintknapping Master.
